Fraudulent Chargeback Policy - Stolen Credit Card Purchases

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will either be from “PayPal” or “Ancient Wisdoms”. That information is clearly listed on our website, in the order email(s) we send, and listed on our invoice. If you have a charge on your card statement and do not remember making it, please contact us prior to filing a chargeback with your credit card company. We can provide more information directly to you concerning the purchase and the items. Again, filing a chargeback is not the proper method to find out what a charge is. It is in your best interest to contact us or additional charges may apply to your order. We also will not accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full.

Any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. If you place a chargeback with your Credit Card Company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that was placed and or was received, there will be an automatic $75 fee to the balance owed for your order and we will send you a bill. Filing a chargeback on your credit card is not acceptable, as we are always more than willing to assist with an order. You will be notified that you will have thirty (30) days to pay account in full, if you do not, you will be automatically be placed with a Collection Agency and the account will be reported to all Credit Bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
