Ancient Wisdoms will offer our Price Match Guarantee on published Web sites.

This means that retail stores with a physical address and no Web site are not considered in our guarantee, due to difficulty in verifying their prices. Ancient Wisdoms reserves the right to match any price and limit quantities.

Offer does not include wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing. ‘Exact Same Product’ means that the product has the same manufacturer number and we can distinguish that the products are the same on both sites.

Here is an example of our Price Match Guarantee:
1) This offer is good for (3) days from the Price Match Offer.
2) The competing online retailer must have the identical product in stock. It must be from the same manufacturer, the same model number, the same packaging, the same color, basically, it is exactly the same.
3) You must provide us with a comparison of the price difference. The published web page address where the competing offer is advertised must be emailed to us or you can phone us and direct us to the site.
4) Shipping and handling charges and sales tax of the competitors price, if applicable, must be taken into account when we calculate the both prices.
5) Promotional sales and Coupons for our competitor’s sites will not be honored in our guarantee. Going out of business and liquidation sales from our competitors are not candidates for Price Match.
6) Ancient Wisdoms reserves the right to not offer Price Match if we will be losing money on the purchase.

Accepted Payment:

We accept the following - Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Debit/Credit Cards and E-Checks through Paypal . You can also send in your Payment using our Check and or Money Order feature during your check out procedure.

No orders will be shipped out until payments have been reviewed and processed. For Checks & Money Orders to be processed it will take an additional 7 -10 "Business Days" after your payment has been received. Once it has been processed you will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and will be shipped out.

When Placing your order using Check and or Money Order Feature:

When placing your order using a Check and or Money Order feature we will try and do our best in trying to keep those products you ordered available when it is time to be sent out - in doing so you may be held liable for any fees associated if we do not receive your check and or money order for your order.

If your Check has been declined, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If we cannot contact you within the allotted time frame (usually after 2 attempts) we will cancel your order.

Non Payment of Check & Money Order Payments:

When you place an order using the Check and or Money order payment feature you are agreeing to pay for that order you placed. In placing that order you are and will be held responsible to all of our terms and service and fees associated with your order if we do not receive your check for the order.

In the event you selected to Mail in your payment and we do not receive you payment within (3) to (5) Business Days - we will do every effort in getting in contact with you regarding your order/payment.

If we are unable to reach you in regards to your non-payment of your order you will be held responsible and liable for a 35% processing and administrative fee on any orders that we have not recevied payment on and or for any orders that have to be Canceled due to non-payment.

Cancellations on Pending Orders:

If you should for any reason need to Cancel and or make any changes to your order - you must do so within (8) hours of placing your order. You must "Contact Us" by email within that timeframe to make any of these Changes to your order. If an item you ordered is not in stock we will do our best to work with you and or issue you a full refund or credit (in your Ancient Wisdoms account) for that item - full cancellations of an order due to an item being out of stock or on backordered is not acceptable and can be subject to processing and administrative fees (unless otherwise noted).

If payment has been made through PayPal your account will be credited back in full. If your Payment was Paid by E-Check we will return your payment back to you through that process. Please Note: Credits given by Ancient Wisdoms or E-Coupons and or Gift Certificates can be used and or applied towards any fees accumulated with your account

After the (8) hour period of placing your order - there will be "No Changes" nor "Cancellations" or "Exchanges" accepted (unless otherwise noted).

If for any reason your order is Canceled after the (8) hour time period - you will be held responsible and liable for a 35% processing and administrative fee. This fee will be based on the total of your order amount and will be automatically deducted from your Payment you submitted to us (unless otherwise noted) - we will refund the remaining balance back to you.

Refused Shipment:

Refused Shipment: If you refuse a confirmed order when arrives, you will be responsible for all freight fees to and from your address to our warehouse, plus an additional 35% restocking and administrative fee.
